Our training approach
The 70:20:10 model demonstrates our learning and development approach at Jucari. We provide structure but also prioritize flexibility to support you best.
How it works

Learn on the job 70% of the time by getting involved in a range of projects, and working towards fundamental objectives.

Learn by engaging with others 20% of the time, forming strong working relationships, attending networking and coaching sessions, and receiving formal and informal feedback from your buddy, manager, rotation manager, and other people you work with.

Learn through formal training 10% of the time in structured programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and other professional development opportunities.

Upon completing the program, you might be offered a permanent role at Jucari.

The salary for the Entry-Level Graduate position is $60,000, including superannuation. Interstate applicants may also be eligible for a $1,000 reimbursement of relocation expenses.
